7-Day Replacement Warranty for complete peace of mind

This ceiling-mount Passive Infrared (PIR) Motion Sensor is a compact and energy-efficient device designed to automatically control lighting or electrical loads based on motion detection. It features a highly sensitive Fresnel lens that enables 360-degree motion detection, making it ideal for indoor applications such as hallways, staircases, bathrooms, and offices. When movement is detected within its sensing range, the sensor activates connected lights or devices. After a preset delay time with no further motion, it automatically switches them off—helping save energy and extend the lifespan of lighting systems. The device is equipped with adjustable settings for both time delay and ambient light sensitivity (LUX), allowing you to customize its behavior based on the lighting conditions and usage preferences.Designed for flush-mount installation into ceilings, the sensor features sturdy spring clips for secure mounting and a sleek, low-profile design that blends seamlessly with modern interiors. It supports standard AC voltage and is compatible with various lighting types including LED, incandescent, and fluorescent.

Applications

  • Automatic lighting control
  • Stairways, corridors, and hallways
  • Offices and conference rooms
  • Energy-saving home automation
  • Motion-triggered security systems

Working Principle

  • Detects infrared radiation (heat) from moving objects (e.g., humans).
  • When motion is detected, the sensor sends a signal to turn on connected lighting or devices.
  • After a preset time delay (if no motion is detected), it turns the load off automatically.

Installation Notes

  • Mounting Height: Ideal at 2.2–2.8 meters
  • Avoid installing near HVAC vents, direct sunlight, or heat-emitting objects
  • Test after installation for desired coverage and time/lux adjustments
